Accountable oversight across the mandate

Most families already have capable people. Within the agreed mandate, NexOra adds the oversight that connects them.

Holds the same plan and record, so the work continues when the lead is unavailable.

NexOra brings 35 years of experience and established relationships with 380 partners in 80 countries.

  • The family’s record

Procedures, preferences, provider terms and decisions are kept in an agreed structure, exported on request and handed back at the end.

  • Defined access

Approved by the designated approver; partners and providers receive only what their part requires.

  • Private introductions

The names of NexOra’s team, partners and clients are not published. Introductions are made in the first private conversation.

Complementary to the family office

Working within your existing structure

NexOra is a delivery and oversight partner alongside offices, advisors, assistants and household teams. Its authority is defined by the client’s mandate.

How a mandate is held and delivered The family sits at the top. The mandate is held through one of two routes: the family office, or a designated representative. A solid arrow carries the mandate and delegated authority down to NexOra’s named lead and backup. A dashed arrow carries reports and approval requests back up the same route. A dotted line carries briefing, coordination and verification to household teams, network partners and specialist providers, who retain their own professional responsibility. How a mandate applies

Two hypothetical examples of how the work is led and coordinated. They are not accounts of past engagements, and no outcomes are claimed. Further examples in the Operating Doctrine.

A heritage programme

Programmes · Institutional access

A family wishes to document its history across two countries. NexOra agrees objectives with the family, works with historians and archives on their terms, plans each stage to suit every generation, and arranges a reflection session and written follow-up.

A provider decision supported by analysis

Reporting · Mobility

Charter spending has risen for two seasons. With an aviation specialist, NexOra compares utilisation patterns with ownership and charter alternatives where reliable data exists, and presents options with assumptions stated. The designated approver decides.

Engagement

Three ways to begin

Scope, authority, coverage and fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Each engagement begins by establishing objectives, responsibilities, approval arrangements, existing providers and immediate priorities.

  1. Defined Project

An international movement, relocation, programme, asset-related coordination project or significant occasion, with its own plan, team and review.

  2. Private Operations Review

A focused assessment of responsibilities, arrangements, providers and dependencies. Optional, and it can stand alone.

When it helps: operational transitions, recurring provider issues, growing coordination demands or unclear responsibilities.

What it provides: written findings, prioritised actions, a responsibility map, a proposed operating plan and a readout.

    Full scope and specimen outputs

  3. Ongoing Mandate

Continuing coordination, specialist oversight and reporting, with forward planning and periodic review as requirements evolve.

Any material affiliation, referral payment or commission connected with a recommendation is disclosed to the client. Engagement terms in the Operating Doctrine.
